In 2015, Laura packed a tent and moved to the Sivananda Ashram Bahamas, spending 4 months on Paradise Island, immersed in a yogic lifestyle, learning the power of philosophy, chanting, meditation and community.
She graduated from a 200hr TT in 2015 and gained a further 200hr TT in 2017 at YogaShala Institute, with a focus on biomechanics, and has since gone on to further studies in Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Yoga for Children.
Laura has been teaching Hatha yoga internationally since 2015, from the deck of a Caribbean catamaran to a secret garden in Andalucia. She began her love affair with the practice in 2012, when yoga helped her heal from the trauma of breast cancer, aged 31.
Inspired by heart-centred teachers such as Adriene Mishler, Rachel Brathen and Meghan Currie, Laura teaches her unique style #YogaForTheSoul.
