Having experienced cancer at 31, auto-immune disease, and a range of other health issues, including food intolerances, 'IBS', anxiety and depression.... I'm passionate about finding the best food to fuel and heal your body and mind. The food here is organic, tasty and mostly plant-based, but we're not here to preach or judge. Our mantra is "Small changes have big results". We believe in progress over perfection.
